2betrend Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from 2betrend. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To return an item:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at [info@2betrend.com] to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

  • Returned items must be in new and unworn condition.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges:
