2betrend Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from 2betrend. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To return an item:

Please contact our customer service team at [info@2betrend.com] to request a return authorization number (RAN).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package.
Ship the package to the following address:

Please note:

Returned items must be in new and unworn condition.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not offer refunds on shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] We will work with you to process the exchange as quickly as possible.

Custom-made items: Please note that custom-made items, such as products with personalized text or images, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
